I reached Piet and Nish in an uncontaminated part of France, in the north of Bordeaux. When Piet told me the reason why they decided to get married in a camping I was very fascinated by the story and I understood that it would have been a beautiful story to capture. This was the camping where her father loved to spent his holiday with the family, so basically Piet spent there most of the summers of her childhood. Her father passed away some time ago and also for this reason she decided to celebrate there the wedding and spent a few days with their friends and families in such a important place for her. I have always thought of myself as a photographer, an observer that bring along with it his vision and apply it every time to a different context.

“From seeing Giuseppes work on Instagram to the first email, there was no doubt he was the right photographer for us. On the day itself he captured every single moment while respecting our space – he is there but not really. What I love most about him is the way he is able to tell a story with his photos. He takes beautiful wedding pictures, but it’s so much more than that – he completely understood our vision and he took us, our family, and the venue in to consideration as well. He translated all of that in to a story that was truly us and more than I could have imagined. The day itself flew by and looking back at the pictures is like being transported there again.”
